Use of

Step 1 | Clean the area where you want to stick the tape (usually behind the ear or on the neck);

Step 2 | Remove the tape from the packaging, place it on a clean area and leave it for at least 8-10 hours. Do not glue the tapes on top of each other. Do not use the product on damaged or sensitive skin.

Step 3 | Gently remove the tape and dispose of it in the appropriate waste container.
