The buyer can return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please fill in the return form and enclose it with the parcel.
The following conditions must be observed when returning goods to the buyer:
- The returned product must be in its original packaging in good condition;
- The goods must be in good condition and not damaged by the Buyer;
- The product must be unused and in good condition;
- The returned goods must be in the same condition as received by the Buyer;
- Goods that have been damaged intentionally or negligently cannot be returned.
You can return the goods:
- By sending them via the LPEXPRESS terminal at the Kaunas PC AKROPOLIS post office, 49 Karaliaus Mindaugo Ave., Kaunas, 88863
- Or physical delivery to MOOZA beauty salon, Kęstučio 58-7, Kaunas
The sender pays for the return of quality goods.
We will inform you by email when we have received your parcel.
