    Choose shampoo and ampoules to reduce hair loss.<\/p>

    Using shampoo:<\/p>

    1. Moisten the skin with warm water<\/strong><\/li>
    2. Distribute the shampoo from the bottle directly onto the skin<\/strong><\/li>
    3. Massage the shampoo out with gentle massage movements, rinse<\/strong><\/li>
    4. After the second shampooing, leave on the skin for 5 minutes and rinse. <\/strong><\/li>
