Average dwell time 8- 10 hours. No shine and gives a full fixation.

TORTUGA is a product to be applied to dry and/or wet hair. A more natural fixation and effect is achieved when applied to wet hair. For a stronger hold, use on dry hair.

Usage:

1. Take and spread the product between the palms of your hands, warm it up and apply to your hair.
2. Apply over the length of the hair and shape into the desired hairstyle.

To improve its effectiveness, do not allow the product to dry excessively.
